Golden Prague Festival is NOW OPEN for entries
Golden Prague invites filmmakers, directors, producers, distributors and broadcasters to submit their new films dedicated to music, dance or theatre.
Golden Prague Festival invites filmmakers, directors, producers, distributors and broadcasters to submit their new films dedicated to music, dance or theatre into the international competition. The jubilee 60th edition of the festival is now open for entries.
This year again there are three categories of competition programmes, which are selected primarily on the basis of artistic quality:
Documentary programmes dedicated to music, dance and theatre
Recordings of stage work (recordings of operas, operettas, musicals, dance, ballets, theatre performances etc.)
Recordings of concert performance (symphonic/orchestral performances, chamber music, recitals etc.)
The winners in each category will receive a Czech Crystal award. The five member Jury drawn from international experts also hands out special awards for outstanding artistic achievement and, of course, the grand prize – the Grand Prix Golden Prague. Another two prizes are being awarded by Czech Television and the Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97.
Submit your new productions into the 2023 Golden Prague competition, and win one of the internationally recognised awards! Sumbissions deadline is 31 May 2023.
