We're off to a great start!
We at the IMZ are happy to report that CCI Thrive's very first project workshop from 28-29 September was a highly productive one!
Exploring Bespoke Business Models + Innovative Practices of Cross-Sectoral Cultural and Creative Collaboration, the two-day workshop was held in Vienna by yours truly and featured representatives from all of CCI Thrive's project partners, from the BGZ to Ars Electronica, Centrica, the Dutch Institute for Sound + Vision and SpielFabrique.
The IMZ was elated at the excellent turnout and highly fruitful discussions, as well as the opportunity to network face to face with our project partners! We look forward to the next online get-together and project update in December – more on that in the November newsletter!
Funded by the Creative Europe Media Programme, the successor project to Digital Cross Over (2019-2021), CCI Thrive explores cutting-edge digital technologies as a means to increase the competitiveness of the creative and cultural sectors. Using a data-driven approach, it inspires innovative new business models and ventures while boosting revenue + fostering better insight into audience preferences. Besides commercial considerations, CCI Thrive will furthermore accommodate vital aspects of cultural creation such as content, green transition, ethical and cultural values.
