Wunderwelt Staatsoper
On the occasion of the great 150th anniversary of the Wiener Staatsoper, Rolando Villazón guides the viewer through the famous Haus am Ring.
To celebarte the 150th anniversary of the Wiener Staatsoper, an entertaining documentary is being produced in which Roland Villazón as a popular tenor guides the viewers through the Haus am Ring and its eventful history. He meets many colleagues - singers, orchestra members, directors and stage workers who share original and touching stories to celebrate the birthday of this venerable house.
While a team of architects takes apart the blueprints of the opera, Konrad Paul Liessmann once again proves to be a musical opera connoisseur with a philosophical background. But what the opera really is about is ultimately decided by a fun singing contest with the most beautiful arias.
