Andris Nelsons marks the end of his exclusive spell at the Konzerthaus Dortmund with a grand end-of-season gala. Together with the Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig and the international opera stars Thomas Hampson and Kristine Opolais, he offers up a programme of Italian opera of Verdi, Donizetti and Rossini – featuring solos, duets and instrumental intermezzi.
