Filmed as part of the ECM Explorations weekend at the Philharmonie de Paris in April 2025, the Shai Maestro Trio presents a programme that brings together music from their album Human, new material and free improvisation. Shai Maestro, Jorge Roeder and Ofri Nehemya move fluidly between the quiet introspection of "The Dream Thief" and "Aba" and the more searching terrain of "Human", "Gloria" and "Mystery and Illusions". A portrait of a trio whose finely tuned interplay opens up a spacious, ever-shifting musical landscape.
