The 9th annual San Francisco Dance Film Festival opens on October 4 -14 featuring 100+ films screening at 4 different venues. SFDFF presents wonderfully broad programming including dance documentaries, live performance captures, screen dances, experimental dance shorts, and other dance-focused, genre-defying films.

With over twenty countries represented, this year’s festival screens many films made by IMZ Members. The festival has something to offer for every dance and film lover with world premieres, including 3 new films commissioned by SFDFF, special guests, live performances, a filmmaker forum, and a virtual reality screening room.
