Contributing majorly to gothic rock, The Damned is being one of the first bands to play in the genre as well as influencing future hardcore punk bands with their fast-paced, energetic style and attitude. Along with the Sex Pistols and The Clash, they helped to spearhead the punk movement in the United Kingdom. Berlin Live enjoys reviving old times and presents with The Damned, who are said to be true rock icons of the British punk rock, the live soundtrack to the documentary London’s Burning: Campino on the Trail of Punk. After their full house fortieth Anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall, The Damned performed their top-level, energetic punk concert exclusively for Berlin live in Berlin in May.
