Mehdi Kerkouche is a choreographer who navigates freely between disciplines and audiences. Performer, director and creator, he moves with the same ease from major stages to popular culture, collaborating with artists such as Angèle and Christine and the Queens. After gaining wide visibility through his viral lockdown videos and a commission for the Paris Opera Ballet, his trajectory reached a new milestone in 2023 with his appointment as head of the CCN of Créteil and Val-de-Marne.

With 360, Kerkouche unveils an immersive and high-impact work that reshapes the relationship between dancers and spectators. Conceived for eight performers, the piece unfolds within a circular scenography, accompanied by the driving electronic music of Lucie Antunes. The audience is surrounded by movement and sound, experiencing the choreography from multiple angles, without a fixed point of view.

Presented outdoors, in the stadium next to the theatre, 360 expands the scale of dance and turns the space into a shared field of energy. Drawing from hip-hop, dancehall, contemporary, jazz, electro and twerk, Kerkouche composes a physical language that is both visceral and collective, where bodies pulse, collide and respond to one another.

Imagined as a contemporary ritual, 360 celebrates the raw power of movement and the intensity of being together. Carried by rhythm and momentum, the piece offers an experience that is immersive, vibrant and resolutely alive.
