A cornerstone of the collaboration between the IMZ and FEDORA is the Next Stage workshop: Digital Transformation in Action, a pivotal component of FEDORA Platform's NEXT STAGE initiative. This initiative offers financial support and skills development to young talent, bolstering innovation through sustainability, inclusivity, and digital transformation.

Led by industry leaders, the workshop featured three compelling case studies presented by João Hora from Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian, James Bingham from Irish National Opera, and Sara Arnsteiner-Simonischek from Konzerthaus Berlin. These case studies delved into concrete examples of successful digital transformation initiatives, offering insights into defining success, best practices, and measurable results.

Targeting emerging artists and creatives within opera and dance companies, the workshop provided invaluable learning opportunities and networking prospects.

In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the collaboration between IMZ and FEDORA underscores a shared commitment to equipping up-and-coming artists with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the digital era.

A big thank you to all the speakers and participants and of course FEDORA for the longstanding partnership.
