The Gothenburg Symphony - the National Orchestra of Sweden - perform Grieg's Peer Gynt. Originally a theatre play by Norwegian Henrik Ibsen, the work includes In the Hall of the Mountain King and the beautiful Solveig’s Song, sung by soprano Klara Ek.
Alain Altinoglu, Music Director at La Monnaie in Brussels, conducts the orchestra in Gothenburg Concert Hall.
