Submit your film, series, or doc to the 4th Heart of Europe TV Festival & Forum—Central & Eastern Europe’s creative hub!
The 5th edition of the Heart of Europe International TV Festival & Forum will take place in Warsaw from 30 September to 3 October 2025. Organized by Polish Television, this dynamic event brings together producers, creators, and broadcasters from 16 countries across Central and Eastern Europe to celebrate excellence in television and foster regional cooperation.
This year’s call for projects is officially open! Filmmakers, showrunners, and documentary creators are invited to submit their works in the categories of Feature Film, Feature Series, and Documentary for a chance to be showcased and pitched to leading industry professionals.
The Heart of Europe Forum Pitching Sessions provide a unique platform to present your project to potential co-producers, partners, and financiers. Whether you're seeking collaboration, exposure, or distribution, this event offers valuable networking and growth opportunities for your project.
