Nowadays, musical art is of great importance both in Ukraine and abroad, uniting the Ukrainian nation and the entire progressive world. The concert presents the best pieces of national musical culture dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of Volodymyr Ivasyuk, a Ukrainian composer, performer, songwriter and musician. The best songs and symphonic pieces in symphonic arrangements are performed by the Honoured Academic Symphony Orchestra of Ukrainian Radio conducted by Volodymyr Sheiko.

The concert is hosted by Halyna Babiy and Dmytro Khorkin. The works performed include: Suite Variations for Chamber Orchestra, Ballad for Two Violins, Vodohray (The Fountain), Chervona Ruta (The Red Rut), The Echo of Your Steps, Love Blooms Only Once and others.

The concert programme provides a new modern sound to Ukrainian pop songs by Volodymyr Ivasyuk and is a special present for the admirers of his music and talent.
