Each year we are patiently awaiting the grand Summer Night Concert held by the Vienna Philharmonic. The venue of these special annual concerts is Schönbrunn Place in the area between the palace and Gloriette. Schönbrunn Palace has been declared a Cultural Heritage Site by Unesco and is the perfect backdrop for these magical concerts.
Due to recent developments, this year’s concert had to be postponed. You can now watch some concerts of previous years on-demand on fidelio with famous conductors such as Franz Welser-Möst, Daniel Barenboim, and Valery Gergiev.
