New art channel on Samsung TV Plus by Monarda Arts
Experience the variety of art history from the old masters all the way to postmodernism in one channel now on Samsung TV Plus at your Samsung Smart TV.
Monarda Arts in cooperation with the media company High View and the post production company digital images has launched an own art channel on Samsung TV Plus. As of now the user can experience the colourful and versatile world of art for 24 hours: Art from the old masters like Leonardo da Vinci, through the art of 18th & 19th century with masters like Caspar David Friedrich all the way to the modern and postmodern artists such as Andy Warhol. The wide range of art history is revealing in this specially created new channel – the first art channel on Samsung TV Plus.
For the launch of this new channel on 16 April 2020 many programs of the legendary cult tv series 1000 Masterworks from the Great Museums of the world were available. The content will be expanded in the next months, so that you can expect a wide selection of documentaries about different artists. Stay tuned for unique art documentaries about Helmut Newton, Pierre Soulages, Willi Sitte and many others which will enrich the program on Samsung TV Plus soon.
The content can be easily watched in the SmartTV App by Samsung which is pre-installed on each Samsung TV, starting with the series of 2016. The online videos are offered as linear and on demand service. The Monarda Arts channel can be reached with the channel number 4369 or with help of the channel list. Samsung TV Plus already offers an extensive program with around 60 channels. The first art channel has now launched succesfully.
