Kian Soltani & Jae Hong Park in Seoul
11 APRIL 2026: This recital brings together one of the most prominent cellists of his generation and a pianist of rising international prominence.
Streaming live from the Seoul Arts Center, this recital brings together cellist Kian Soltani — one of the most prominent cellists of his generation — and pianist Jae Hong Park, a rising presence on the international stage. It begins with Reza Vali's Persian Folk Songs, where traditional melodies take on vivid contemporary colour. Schubert's Arpeggione Sonata follows, its long, flowing lines offering a reflective centre to the programme. After the interval, the recital turns to Rachmaninov's Sonata in G minor, a work of broad emotional scope and close-knit dialogue. A rich and varied programme, and a compelling showcase of the cellist's art.
