Thanks to innovative sound technologies, such as Dolby Atmos®, for the first time, Karajan® Cinema Classics offers a musical experience, like Herbert von Karajan once dreamed of.
Cinema-goers will be able to fully dive into the music. You will feel the crackling pizzicato plucking of strings; emotions will be lit up when the orchestra starts playing fortissimo.

From March until July 2018, a selection of outstanding concert music film will be presented to the audience in the five performances to begin with, created under the image and audio direction of Herbert von Karajan and his production company, ”Telemondial”, founded in 1982 for this very purpose. On the basis of the original tapes, all programs were lavishly remastered to the utmost extent in the modern sound format, Dolby Atmos®.
Karajan® Cinema Classics guarantees an absolutely unique cinema music experience.
