The IMZ + ORF Enterprise + EPO Film bring the iEmmys to Vienna
The Vienna section of this year’s Semi-Final Round of Judging ended with a fantastic Cocktail Prolongé at the historic Palais Schönburg.
What a night!
After 33 Jurors spent an intense day selecting the best works in the categories “Arts Programming” and “Best Performance by an Actor,” the Vienna section of the 50th International Emmys Semi-Final Round of Judging came to a spectacular end on 12 September!
With numerous luminaries from Europe’s television industry in attendance, the picturesque Palais Schönburg offered a fitting backdrop for this prestigious evening of celebrating the very best in television programming, and a great show of European solidarity and unity within the audiovisual industry. Prestigious competitions such as this are a major multiplier for the audiovisual and broadcast industries and a great networking opportunity, benefiting both the Austrian and the European film sectors.
We were elated to see so many in attendance and can’t wait for the Awards Gala in New York City on 21 November!
The IMZ has been proud to help bring the International Emmys to Vienna since 2002; thanks again to ORF Enterprise for being a great partner for the last eight years and Epo Film for joining us this year! And congratulations to the International Academy of Television Arts + Sciences for half a century of Excellence!
