Translating the literary environment to body movements: The performance "Erêndira" transposes the fantastic realism of Gabriel García Márquez to the stage, leading the choreography of the Brazilian group Biblioteca do Corpo to challenge itself in expressing the themes present in the work of the Colombian author.

The programme shows an edited version for TV of the presentation directed by Ismael Ivo, and was inspired by the work "La incredible y triste historia de la Cándida Eréndira y de su abuela desalmada" (The Incredible and Sad Tale of Innocent Eréndira and Her Heartless Grandmother), recorded at Sesc Pinheiros in August 2014.
