'Christmas in Vienna' back at the Konzerthaus!
21 December 2022, 22:30. The most wonderful time of the year will be once again celebrated at the Konzerthaus with audience favourites like Maria Happel and Rolando Villazon.
After a pandemic-related trip to the Hotel Sacher in 2020 and a break in 2021, in which the ORF let the highlights of past years shine, "Christmas in Vienna" is back at the Vienna Konzerthaus.
At this year's concert, Katharina Konradi, Jamie Barton and Rolando Villazón, together with the Vienna Boys' Choir and the Wiener Singakademie, will set the mood for Christmas with classical and popular Christmas music from all over the world. For the first time, the successful duo Bartholomey/Bittmann will be there. Actress Maria Happel contributes a literary note in her inimitable way.
The ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra performs under the direction of Claire Levacher. Felix Breisach is responsible for the picture direction.
