11th GALA concert in Liechtenstein via Livestream
20 MARCH 2022: The anticipation for the GALA concert of the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein is rising.
When the days are getting longer again and spring is within reach, we can look forward with great anticipation to the traditional gala concert of the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein.
In the 11th edition of the GALA concert we promise you a musical treat with music by Frédéric Chopin, Camille Saint-Saëns or Johannes Brahms! But this evening's focus is by no means only on these outstanding composers from times past. As always, the stage belongs to our international scholarship holders. You will not only be able to enjoy the piano sounds of pianist Jan Nikovich, who recently won first prize at the Papandopulo Competition in Croatia. Italian-born Julian Kainrath, who will receive the ICMA Discovery Award in Luxembourg on 21 April 2022, will also be a highlight of the evening with his performance of Eugène Ysaÿe's Sonata. In addition, a quartet consisting of Laura Katharina Handler on violin, Yue Yu on viola, Friederike Herold on cello and Vladimir Aćimović on piano - all international prize winners - will bring you a beautiful conclusion to this virtuoso Sunday.
The gala concert will take place on Sunday, 20 March 2022 at 17:00. KULMAG.LIVE will produce a free livestream, to which we cordially invite you - let yourself be convinced by the high quality of the virtual concert experience! For more information, please visit: www.kulmag.live.
