Wozzeck & Picture a day like this at Aix Festival

FRA Prod was the partner of the 75th anniversary edition of the Aix-en-Provence Festival to film these highly anticipated productions

Co-produced with ARTE France and NHK, Alban Berg's Wozzeck was performed for the very first time at Aix Festival. Directed by Simon McBurney and conducted by Sir Simon Rattle with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, and with Christian Gerhaher in the title role, this amazing production was acclaimed by the press.
