Understanding the Future: IMZ Academy x FEDORA Next Stage
This online course organised by the IMZ and FEDORA Next Stage looked into creative digital transformation.
Featuring 16 participants from 10 countries, our joint webinar IMZ Academy x FEDORA Next Stage covered “Opportunities and Challenges in Creative Digital Transformation,” exploring practical methods and solutions for producing and presenting cultural content.
Led by IMZ Academy Director Peter Maniura, the full-day online seminar boasted renowned experts like James Bingham of the Irish National Opera, Hannah Conway of Sound Voice, Eva Essvik of the Gothenburg Opera House, Miranda Harmer of the Association of European Conservatories as well as André Bücker and Tina Lorenz of the State Theatre of Augsburg, who all shared their experiences in digitisation with their eager audience. Later on, participants split into groups to employ their newfound knowledge to their own projects before sharing their results, followed by a closing discussion and networking.
We at the IMZ were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and feedback of the attendees and look forward to seeing how the lessons learned are applied!
