Third year of livestreams from Rudolstadt Festival
For the third year in a row, Accentus Music is producing the live streams on Arte Concert of this year’s top acts at the Rudolstadt Festival.
Following the success of the live streams from the main stage in the Heinepark over the past two years, the series from the Rudolstadt Festival will be continued in 2017. In the first year, audience members were thrilled to see Rhiannon Giddens and Patrice perform; the second year featured Anoushka Shankar, Keren Ann and Glen Hansard. This year, the folk-pop star Amy Macdonald from Scotland will be opening the festival and Toots and the Maytals will be there to close it. The vocal trio from Jamaica has been in the reggae business for over 40 years and can look back on 31 number one singles in their home country.
