The IMZ gears up for Golden Prague
We look forward to welcoming our new executive board, co-hosting a panel and bestowing the EBU-IMZ Outstanding Achievement Award!
A beloved and popular showcase and gathering of the cultural television industry, ITF Golden Prague will see the IMZ involved in several events, including a changing of the guard within your favourite global business network: With our currently ongoing board election to be concluded on 4 Sept, both outgoing and incoming members will attend the inaugural board meeting for the 2023-25 term, with the new members electing a President, three Vice Presidents and a Treasurer.
In addition, we will contribute to Golden Prague’s illuminating programme of screenings, concerts and talks by co-hosting a panel with the EBU-European Broadcasting Union on “Sustainability + Classical Music TV” featuring representatives from the EBU, London Symphony Orchestra, KlimAktiv, NRK, RTP and SVT – drop in and draw inspiration on how our industry can make a difference for the environment!
Finally, we are particularly happy to join the EBU in giving out this year’s EBU-IMZ Outstanding Achievement Award: Established in 2017, it recognises excellence in music + dance in the audiovisual industry and has so far been presented to Brian Large, Bruno Monsaingeon, Anca-Monica Pandelea + Gabrielle Babin Gugenheim, Christopher Nupen and Peter Sellars.
Check our September and October newsletters for more on our new Executive Board and the EBU-IMZ Outstanding Achievement Award!
