tanz:digital - funding programme

tanz:digital, the funding programme for digital dance projects, is starting its 3rd funding round with a further 1.1 million euros.

With the help of tanz:digital, dance artists, dance ensembles and dance institutions (such as venues, archives, dance schools and education projects) will be strengthened in the future in the media presentation of artistic productions and in the testing of new technical means.

The 3rd call for proposals is primarily intended to promote the use of innovative technologies and the transformation of already tested formats for work with a larger ensemble and for a large audience. Follow-up projects are also welcome. The amount of funding is up to 60,000 €, and around 20 projects can be funded.

The call for proposals begins on 19 September 2022 and the deadline for applications is 6 November 2022.
projects can be implemented from 1 January to 30 June 2023.
