Symphony of the Crimea. The Return is a TV version of the concert of the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine conducted by Dilyaver Osman, which was broadcast by Suspilne Kultura TV channel on 18 May, the day of commemoration of the victims of the Crimean Tatar genocide.

The project combines symphonic works by Crimean Tatar composer Elvira Emir, poetry of one of the greatest Polish poets Adam Mickiewicz (translation by Maksym Rylskyi) and a visual part highlighting key events in the life of the Crimean Tatar people over the past 250 years. The author of the idea and performer is Oleksandr Rudko. The music director is Dilyaver Osman. The project was implemented in partnership with the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, the DUSHA UA Cultural and Artistic Foundation, and with support from the Goethe-Institut with the aim to showсase the culture of the Crimean Tatar people being a part of not only the Ukrainian but also the European cultural landscape.
