a survey on the impact of Covid-19 on the music sector
Fill in this quick survey to help the IMC International Music Council in gaining insights into the impact of Covid-19 on the music sector!
The Coronavirus is spreading world-wide and the crisis is severely affecting public, cultural and social life.
The music ecosystem has already been hit heavily and will continue to be massively affected by the measures taken to prevent any further spread of the virus.
Our colleagues at the European Music Council have issued a statement with regard to the music sector in Europe. EMC also developed a short survey to get a better picture on how the sector is affected.
IMC collaborates with EMC to extend this survey to the entire world in order to monitor the impact of COVID-19 at global level. In order to have a sectorial perspective, we count on you to spread it among your members.
If you wish and have the capacity to do so, you could also develop your own questionnaire, analyze the replies from your members and then send us the results. Please feel free to translate it as you deem necessary.
Should you already have developed your own survey, and we are aware that some of you have done so, please inform us and share with us the results as soon as they are available.
Your participation is very much appreciated and will help us in our advocacy work to convey the needs of the music ecosystem to the relevant stakeholders.
