Stanza Media's ABBA Forever scoops 5 awards
Stanza Media's film ABBA FOREVER won 5 Remi awards at one of the oldest and biggest festivals in the world.
STANZA MEDIA is pleased to announce that its Venice TV Award-nominated documentary ABBA FOREVER – THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL has recently won 5 Platinum Remi Awards. The production won in the categories performing arts, best documentary directing (for Chris Hunt), best documentary editing (for Andrew Findlay) and both best short documentary and best longform documentary in all genres at the WorldFest Houston, one of the biggest and most notable film festivals in the world with 4,500 entries from 74 countries this year.
Previous director winners include Stephen Spielberg, George Lucas, Ang Lee, The Coen Brothers, David Lynch, Ridley Scott and John Boorman, who began his career in the same BBC Bristol Documentary Unit as Hunt did.
