Colorful hair, colorful clothes, explosive character... At first glance, Sarah McCoy doesn't fit the image of a pianist. And yet, as soon as the American lays her fingers on the keys, the magic happens. Her crooner's voice blends in with her lively playing, transporting us to the wild, exuberant United States.

Sarah McCoy has long been a road warrior in America. A bohemian life that has nurtured her personality as much as her art. Having settled in New Orleans (where else?), the pianist has become a regular in piano bars, and in particular at an emblematic jazz club on Frenchmen Street: The Spotted Cat.

It's another animal that looks after Sarah McCoy during her performance for Piano Day: in a space at the Palais de Tokyo christened "le Saut Du Loup", the blues singer sweeps her audience off their feet as she performs the tracks on Hight Priestess, her second album.
