What does “Good” look like for Digital Creative Projects in the Performing Arts? And what are the criteria for commissioning and delivering them?
This exclusive IMZ Academy R&D Session on 16 December 2020 brought together creative leaders and digital experts from major opera houses + dance ensembles to discuss the urgency in the wake of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on live performances in cultural institutions. By sharing strategies + specific examples, the panel addressed the key challenges and opportunities in this new and increasingly important area.
We thank all experts from the Scottish Ballet, the Royal Opera House in London, the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, VRHAM! Virtual Reality & Arts Festival in Hamburg + BFI London Film Festival and FEDORA Platform for sharing their invaluable insights.
