New IMZ Member: Stagecast
A warm welcome to Stagecast, leading UK performing arts broadcast supplier, known for producing high-quality films and live streams for clients like the London Symphony Orchestra.
Stagecast is one of the UK’s leading performing arts broadcast suppliers, producing TV concert broadcasts, films and live streams for clients such as the London Symphony Orchestra, Academy of St Martin in the Fields and Monteverdi Choir & Orchestras. Over 300 productions have been completed since our launch in 2017, delivered to channels such as BBC, Marquee TV, medici.tv, Mezzo, OperaVision, Sky Arts and Stage+.
Their work ranges from small promotional films and live streams of music competitions, to the largest specially-filmed commercial projects, and has been seen by millions around the world; one recent orchestral music video from August 2024 has already received 11.4m views. Many of their creative and production staff are trained musicians, and the company is led by Matt Parkin, whose career has included roles in CD production, BBC Radio and TV, and being the first ever Head of Digital at London’s Royal College of Music.
Stagecast’s integrated creative, technical, editorial and logistical planning services, along with its in-house 4K/HDR live broadcast and edit facilities, allows clients and producers to focus on artistic priorities, leaving everything else in their safe hands.
"Our ability to tackle projects of such diverse types and scales has given us the privilege of working with many of the world’s most inspiring musicians, and it is their performances that keep inspiring us to create the best possible films and deliver our mission: to share the world’s greatest performances with the widest possible audience." – Matt Parkin
