This year's jurors are a distinguished group of individuals who have made significant contributions to their respective fields. Let's meet them!
Golden Prague Festival is a showcase for the best television programmes from around the world. For the 60th edition, a panel of expert jurors has been assembled to select the best films in various categories, including documentaries, performing arts and concert recordings.
Let's take a closer look at each of the jurors and their backgrounds.
Reiner Moritz, the Chairman of the 60th GP Festival Jury, has established himself as a leading international co-producer and distributor of premium programming as well as director. His expertise in the field of music and performing arts is widely recognized.
Barbara Seiler works as a director, producer and buyer for the programme for art documentaries in Swiss Television. Her insights into the world of dance and theater are highly valued.
Agnė Biliūnaitė works as a Culture Editor in Chief at Lithuanian National Broadcaster (LRT). Her deep knowledge of culture field makes her an invaluable asset to the Golden Prague Festival jury.
Francois Duplat is a producer and general manager of Bel Air Media, company that he founded in 1994. He will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the selection proces.
Ivo Mathé is a producer, screenwriter, university professor, and manager. In 1991, Mathé was elected as the first General Manager of Czech Television, a position he held until the spring of 1998. His broad experience gives him a unique perspective on the performance of classical music and opera.
