On 13 June Vienna, Austria will be the hotspot of the international film + TV industry, as top representatives gather for the 47th Semi Final Round of Judging for the International Emmy Awards.
Hosted by the IMZ International Music + Media Centre, ORF Enterprise and Cult Film, the jurors will evaluate productions from two categories. ORF and Cult Film are responsible for the category “Best performance by an actress” and the IMZ traditionally takes care of the category “Arts Programming”.
The winners will be announced at the International Emmy Awards Gala on 25 November 2019 in New York.
In the evening, the judging day will close with a glamorous and elegant Cocktail Prolongé at Palais Schönburg. Gathering more than 280 senior industry figures from Europe, this is the most exclusive networking event of the film industry in Austria. Its aim is to enhance and structure communication in the (inter)national film business and especially to strengthen the Austrian + international film + TV industry.
