IMZ Job Advertisement: we are looking for a Project Assistant!

Are you the person that likes organising and making things happen? We are looking for a project assistant for the Avant Première 2024 in Berlin, and that just might be you, or someone you are thinking of right now.

We are looking for a new member in our team, to assist us in creating the Avant Première Music + Media Market 2024 in Berlin. If you are good at overseeing many things, always knowing what belongs where, and having the times, deadlines and customer interests in mind, then you are probably the right person for our team.

We are looking for a project assistant until around 28 February 2024. With a good chance of extension of the employment.

Full Time: 30-40 h/week

Areas of responsibility:
+ Organisational and administrative support for the project team.
+ Collaborative planning and implementation of individual (sub-)projects.
+ Coordination and support of speakers and experts.
+ Correspondence and contact with project and cooperation partners.

Requirements:
+ Professional experience or relevant education in the field of project and cultural management.
+ Self-responsibility for project planning and organization.
+ Excellent computer skills (Office programs / MS Teams / Mac / CMS).
+ Languages: Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Interest in the music/culture/film and media industry.
+ Professional etiquette in an international context.
+ Team spirit and a friendly demeanour.

The minimum salary is €2,200 (gross), depending on experience and qualifications. The willingness to overpay is given with appropriate experience or qualifications.
