Golden Prague Festival Unveils Its Shortlist for 2024 Competition
The shortlist for the 61st Golden Prague Festival competition is out now! Take a look at the 31 productions that have progressed to the second round of judging.
After much anticipation, the Golden Prague Festival announced its list of music, dance, and theatre films that have made it to the second round of judging last Friday.
The five-member international jury has selected nominated films across three categories:
- Documentary programmes dedicated to music, dance, and theatre
- Recordings of stage works (including operas, operettas, musicals, dance, ballets, theatre performances, etc.)
- Recordings of concert performances
The awards for this year's categories, along with the EBU-IMZ Outstanding Achievement Award, will be presented at the Awards Ceremony Gala on Thursday, 26 September 2024, at the Municipal House, which has become the Festival's new home.
