Filmmakers and television creators can now submit their works to the 63rd edition of the Golden Prague International Television Festival!
Filmmakers and television creators can now submit their works to the 63rd edition of the Golden Prague International Television Festival - one of the world’s longest-running and most respected showcases dedicated to music, dance, and theatre on screen.
The festival will take place from 23 to 26 September 2028 at the iconic Municipal House in Prague, welcoming professionals from across the globe.
The competition is open to:
1) Documentary films focused on music, dance, and theatre
2) Recordings of stage productions — opera, operetta, musicals, ballet, dance, and drama
3) Recordings of concerts — symphonic and orchestral performances, chamber music, and recitals
Individual episodes from series or cycles may also compete, provided they stand independently.
The festival’s top award, the Grand Prix Golden Prague, is accompanied by a financial prize of 10,000 EUR. In addition, the VIZE Foundation Award will also be presented as part of the official awards programme.
