Why is it that works by women artists are still less valued on the art market? How come that there are still significantly fewer works by women artists exhibited in museums than by male artists? Where are all those women? They have always been around! Women artists have liberated the female body from male beauty idols. They have conquered new paths and they have taken great risks. This is a portrait of four women artists, who teach us to perceive the history of female art through the eyes of a female artist.
