The digital show “BEETHOVEN. Welt.Bürger.Musik” of the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn provides a lively insight into the nature and work of Ludwig van Beethoven.
ZDFkultur brings Beethoven into present times: While exhibition houses all over Germany have to close temporarily due to the spread of the corona virus, the “Digitale Kunsthalle” continues to invite visitors.
The current exhibition “BEETHOVEN. Welt.Bürger.Musik”, which ZDFkultur is organizing together with the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn provides a lively insight into the nature and work of Ludwig van Beethoven, his environment and of course his music.
The Beethoven exhibition is the first one to include an audio guide. The digital exhibition can be seen until Beethoven's 250th birthday on 17 December 2020, about eight months beyond the linear (currently closed) exhibition in Bonn. It is divided into five virtual rooms, each of which is dedicated to one theme in chronological order.
Duration Until 17th of December 2020
