Creative Europe Media: Two Submission Deadlines in September
The EU Funding Programme offers support for TV and Online Content as well as European Co-Development efforts – apply now!
Attention content producers! Two of Creative Europe’s subsidy programmes have submission deadlines coming up – seize the opportunity to receive support for your project!
Their €22 million TV and Online Content fund seeks to encourage quality programs with high international distribution potential and increase European coproduction efforts, offering up to 20% of the total project budget – applications close at 17:00 on September 20.
The €6 million European Co-Development fund supports transnational coproductions and the enhancement of both overall quality and market potential thereof; open to projects produced in at least two European countries, the subsidy is capped at 50% of the total budget, or no more than €60,000 per production partner (€100,000 for series with a production budget of over €20 million). Submit your project by 17:00 on 8 September to be considered!
Creative Europe is a funding programme devised by the EU to support the cultural and creative sector within the 2021-2027 period. Endowed with a total budget of €2.5 billion over seven years, it encourages cultural cooperation, the development, distribution and promotion of European films as well as innovative approaches to promoting arts and culture, among other things.
