Call for Entry: Performing Arts at Venice TV Award
The VENICE TV AWARD 2020, supported by the IMZ, is now accepting entries! Members of the IMZ receive a 25% discount for the first entry.
We believe that the best work deserves to be awarded, honoring the companies and individuals responsible for the creation of the finest work on TV. The VTVA highlights the fact that TV is a core source of news, entertainment and culture.

Gold Medals + Nominees will be awarded in 16 categories. Among them: Performing Arts (Music, Theatre, Dance) featuring Stage Recordings, Documentaries or Best Of Technical High Quality.
Deadline: 30 July
Eligibility: 1 January 2019 - 20 September 2020
Winner Announcement: End of September
The jury panel is made up from around 30 experts, among others: Nicola Caligiore, Rai, Vice-Chairman of the TV Committee, EBU; Dr. Markus Schäfer - CEO All3Media Germany; Sonia Rovai, Head of Scripted Production Sky Italia; Lothaire Burg, Direction de la Production, ARTE TV; Rohit Gupta - President Sony Pictures India; Nataly Kudiabor, Producer, UFA Fiction; Karim Bartoletti, Executive Board Member, Italian Association of Production Companies; Nayo Titzin, Producer, Director, Artistic Director.
The Nominees will be pre-selected online and the jury in Venice will judge and discuss the awarding of the Gold Medals.The award brings national and international recognition for quality content and is regarded as an expression of the TV industry's active, creative and successful nature.
