The IMZ International Music + Media Centre has watched the ongoing debate regarding the future of the ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra (RSO) with growing concern. As Austria’s only radio orchestra, the RSO has been a beacon of excellence, a tireless educator of the public and a champion of innovative new music for over half a century; we therefore wish to express our unconditional support for this fine cultural institution.
