Venice TV Award Announces Performing Arts Winners 2025
Two weeks after the Venice Film Festival, the Venice TV Award honors global television excellence across 19 categories, incl. Performing Arts.
The winners of the 2025 Venice TV Award, supported by the IMZ, have been presented. Two weeks after the Venice Film Festival, the event united an international jury in Venice to celebrate television excellence across 19 categories.
In the Performing Arts category, the top honor went to The Lost Music of Auschwitz, a moving production that combines performance with historical testimony. Austria also stood out with two nominations: Der Freischütz (ORF) and Norma at Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, both produced by Unitel.
