Hilan Warshaw’s documentary/concert film My Bolero won the 2024 Southeast Emmy Award and premiered the same day on medici.tv.
Hilan Warshaw won the 2024 Southeast Emmy Award in Arts/Entertainment Long Form programming for his documentary/concert film My Bolero with Maestro Nathalie Stutzmann, commissioned by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In the film, Stutzmann embarks on a personal quest to find out what lies at the heart of Ravel’s hypnotic masterpiece, filmed on location in Paris. Her journey culminates with the preparation and performance of a dramatically lit performance of "Boléro with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, incorporating new discoveries about the work.
