This IMZ Academy offers a unique opportunity to work with the world-class Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and use their state-of-the-art equipment + control room. Under the tutelage of two award-winning international directors Peter Maniura and Krišs Russman, participants will learn how to capture a musical work in a live concert!
This course is aimed at providing training for:
- directors who would like to develop skills in recording classical music concerts
- directors who would like to expand these skills and receive some formal training
- single camera directors/film-makers who would like to develop multi-camera skills specifically focused on classical music
- members of digital teams in orchestras/music organisations who want to gain an initial grounding in these skills
- members of digital-/production teams in broadcast media who wish to expand their skills base

- Participants should have the ability to read music to a reasonably competent level as orchestral scores will be used.
