56th Golden Prague Festival invites filmmakers, directors, producers, distributors and broadcasters to submit their new films dedicated to music, dance or theatre into the competition! If you shot such a film and it is longer than five minutes, do not hesitate!
Go to the Golden Prague Festival website, complete an application and send your film to the internationally recognised competition for prestigious awards. Submissions deadline is 30 June.
Since this year the Golden Prague Grand Competition will be divided into three separate sections:
1) Documentary programmes dedicated to music, dance and theatre
2) Recordings of stage work (recordings of operas, operettas, musicals, dance, ballets, theatre performances etc.)
3) NEW - Recordings of concert performance (symphonic/orchestral performances, chamber music, recitals etc.)
It's a great opportunity for concert recordings to get a prestigious international award and one of three Czech Crystal prizes!
In addition to individual programmes, ITF Golden Prague also accepts individual parts of series or cycles for the competition, if it is possible to judge them on their own merit. Only programmes created or premiering in 2018 and 2019 may enter the competition. The exact conditions of participation can be found in the Festival Statute on the website via the button below.
The 56th season of Golden Prague International Television Festival will take place from 25-28 September 2019. Stay up-to-date on the latest news!
