Cats on Trees with Toulouse Chamber Orchestra
Cats on Trees celebrate 10 years with a unique orchestral concert in Toulouse, featuring Charlie Winston & Lubiana.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album and the 10th anniversary of Metronum in Toulouse, French pop duo Cats on Trees present a unique concert in collaboration with the Toulouse Chamber Orchestra. Formed by Nina Goern (vocals, piano) and Yohan Hennequin (drums), the duo gained national attention with their self-titled debut in 2013, featuring the hit song Sirens Call.
For this anniversary performance, Cats on Trees revisit the essence of their project through a symphonic reinterpretation of their repertoire. This special event includes guest performances by Charlie Winston and Lubiana, bringing new textures and emotional depth to the show.
With orchestral arrangements complementing Nina’s melodic lines and Yohan’s rhythmic energy, the concert offers a fresh take on their pop compositions, balancing accessibility with the sophistication of both the music and the lyrics.
