Babylon Circus
The unclassifiable globetrotters who wanted to make "reggae-ska because it's cool" just released their 5th opus, more eclectic and lively than ever.
Almost twenty years of travelling and sharing their encounters, hopes and trials, with the public as their ship, which they carried everywhere. From Lyon to Sydney, from New York to Annonay, from the Sziget to the Womad, they have toured the world several times, in a little over 1500 concerts. The band of friends who wanted to make "reggae-ska because it's cool", found themselves playing their music, without any label, without any style, with the desire to discover, to mix and to gather. Everything they encountered took something from them and gave something to them. They have mixed, they have grown, they have fallen and have risen, always more them. They come back with a more rocking album that resembles them, a lively and patinated album, rich of a mastery acquired with the years and filled with the breath that animates them since always. "Never stop" is the title of this 5th opus, it sounds like a credo.
