BRIGITTE & JONATHAN MEESE: MOTHER AND SON
The first virtual reality production of Jonathan Meese and his mother Brigitte Meese is a journey into the heart of the dictatorship of art.
In the VR fiction "Mother and Son = Reality Meets Art" (VR fiction by René Päpke and Robin von Hardenberg), the audience can be directly involved in the work of the artist. In the virtual studio of the artist, the observers experience in 3D the creation of a 360° Gesamtkunstwerk of the future.
In a cooperation lasting several years, ARTE and the Berliner Festspiele / Immersion are exploring the possibilities and limits of the immersive media.
