La Fabrika is a multifunctional cultural space that has gained the best reputation in the Czech art scene in its 15 years of existence. It is home to excellent theatre, music, dance, film and exhibitions. Not only classical but also alternative theatre is performed there as well as the cabaret. Several dance companies have their home stage there. Concerts, puppet shows and festivals are held there as well.

A great number of artists who are now among the top in their field started their careers at La Fabrika. Among those who talk in the documentary about their relationship towards La Fabrika are R. Novák Jr., who performed over 300 shows with the La Putyka Circus there, the director duo SKUTR, V. Dyk and T. Dyková, whose lives were turned over by a production of Bláznivý Petříček, A. Polívková, who along with M. Issová created the cult Krasavice interkontinentální for La Fabrika, choreographer V. Kuneš, animator M. Pavlátová and many more.

The doors to all the spaces of La Fabrika are unlocked in the documentary by a man who has always been fascinated by the world of theatre and film, director, dramaturge, director and producer Richard Balous, who has also been planting flowers, cleaning up the trash bins and turning off the unnecessarily lit lights for 15 years.
