New production of King Arthur staged by Sven-Eric Bechtolf and Julian Crouch, conducted by the internationally renowned musician René Jacobs. Documentary showing the return to his native Russia of Mstislav Rostropovich. This all-time ballet favourite is gloriously put on stage in Peter Wright’s production, with a choreography by Lev Ivanov. A new dance production was created by Petr Zuska, Artistic Director of the Czech National Ballet. Vivaldi’s Four Seasons recomposed for Violin and live electronics like you have never heard it before.

Czech Television has started the preparations of the documentary devoted to the famous composer Bohuslav Martinu.
As part of the opening festival of the new Pierre Boulez Concert Hall, Daniel Barenboim will perform Schubert‘s Piano Sonatas in Berlin. Bizet’s beloved masterpiece in a production from Bregenz Festival’s marvellous Seebühne, featuring Gaëlle Arquez, Daniel Johansson & Scott Hendricks. Open Air Live Broadcast from the Grafenegg Festival featuring Aida Garifullina, Khatia Buniatishvili & Dmitri Hvorostovsky.
